Special Cases and Exceptions

Dual citizens can choose which passport to use:

Use the passport that offers the best entry conditions (visa-free, e-Visa, etc.)
Must enter and exit Azerbaijan with the same passport
If applying for a visa, use the same passport throughout the process
Inform authorities if asked about dual citizenship

Special documentation required:

Refugees: Valid refugee travel document + embassy e-Visa application
Stateless persons: Valid travel document for stateless persons + embassy visa
Processing: May take longer than standard e-Visas
Documentation: Additional proof of status may be required
